Order Cancellation

Returns or exchanges are limited to artworks of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for artworks that have been damaged, altered, or handled in a way that affects their original condition.

Returns and Exchanges for Defective Artworks

If an artwork arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or handling, customers must contact us promptly by email or phone.

In such cases, we will offer a refund or replacement at our expense, including shipping costs, once the issue has been confirmed.

Refunds

Once a returned artwork has been received and its condition verified, the purchase price of the artwork will be refunded.
Shipping fees are non refundable unless otherwise required by law.
